Six manual steps. Average lead-to-response time: 4 hours. We''d lose roughly 1 in 4 inbound leads to slow response.

One automation workflow with 7 nodes. Form webhook → Supabase insert → Claude scoring node (returns HOT/WARM/COLD + reasoning) → Claude reply-drafter node (returns subject + 4-line personal reply) → Resend send → Slack alert to Doran with one-click ''good?''/''send''/''rewrite'' buttons → if HOT, AI voice calls the lead within 90 seconds. Total elapsed time from form submit to outbound voice call: ~120 seconds. Human touch happens AFTER, not before.

The numbers — six months in
המספרים — אחרי שישה חודשים
Lead-to-response time dropped from 4 hours to 2 minutes. Inbound conversion rate went from 8% to 27% (because nobody is waiting 4 hours anymore). Doran''s manual workload on triage dropped from 12 hours/week to about 90 minutes. We''ve shipped this same architecture for 3 other Israeli clients, with the same pattern. The lift is consistent because the bottleneck was always speed, not quality.

The hardest part of building this wasn''t the automation graph. It was getting comfortable letting an AI score and respond to actual paying prospects. We spent 3 months in ''review every reply'' mode before flipping the switch to ''auto-send the WARM and COLD ones, only review the HOT ones.'' Should have done that on Day 1. The auto-sends were always good — we just didn''t trust them. If you''re sitting on a similar automation project that''s been ''almost ready'' for 6 months: ship it tomorrow with human-review on edge cases only.
